Common use of Voltage and Frequency Requirements Clause in Contracts

Voltage and Frequency Requirements. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties or specified by the ISO, Buyer shall (a) operate its interconnected Generating Facilities (i) with automatic voltage regulators and minimum excitation limiters and shall maintain voltage at the Points of Interconnection in accordance with Good Industry Practice and (ii) at frequency settings from time to time specified by Seller with reasonable advance notice to Buyer and (b) operate within the underfrequency, overfrequency, undervoltage or overvoltage limits in respect of relays from time to time specified by Seller with reasonable advance notice to Buyer.
