Voltage Levels. Seller, in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices shall minimize voltage fluctuations and maintain voltage levels acceptable to the Transmitting Entity and Idaho Power. Idaho Power may, in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices, upon one hundred eighty (180) days' notice to the Transmitting Entity and the Seller, change its nominal operating voltage level by more than ten percent (10%) at the Point of Delivery, in which case Seller shall modify, at Idaho Power's expense, Seller's equipment as necessary to accommodate the modified nominal operating voltage level.
