Volume Determinations. (a) All measurements, volume corrections and calibrations will be made in accordance with the most recent edition of the American Petroleum Institute’s Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards. (b) All volume determinations shall be adjusted to a temperature of 60° Fahrenheit and a pressure of one standard atmosphere (14.7 PSIA) per the most recent edition of the American Petroleum Institute’s Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards, Chapter 11 (Table 6A). (c) All Crude Oil received from or delivered to pipeline at the Terminals will be determined by calibrated custody transfer grade meters or by tank measurements (static tank).
