Voluntary Changes in FTE Status. Once per quarter on a date designated by the Clinic after the ratification of this Agreement, an employeeprovider may request modification to their FTE status by submitting their request in writing to their Medical Director (for OB/GYNs and NPs) or Lead Nurse
Voluntary Changes in FTE Status. On dates designated by the Clinic after the 2 ratification of this Agreement, a nurse may, on a quarterly basis, request 3 modification to their FTE status by submitting their request in writing to their core 4 leader. The Clinic expressly reserves the right to approve or deny a nurse’s 5 request to modify their FTE and to determine the date that the modification will 6 go into effect. In the case of multiple requests to change FTE status which, in 7 the determination of the Clinic cannot all be approved, the most senior nurse’s 8 request to modify their FTE will be granted, provided that, in the opinion of the 9 Clinic, operational and patient care needs can be met.
Voluntary Changes in FTE Status. Once per quarter on a date 19 designated by the Clinic after the ratification of this Agreement, a provider 20 may request modification to their FTE status by submitting their request in 21 writing to their Medical Director (for OB/GYNs and NPs) or Lead Nurse 22 Midwife (for Nurse Midwives). The Clinic expressly reserves the right to 23 approve or deny a provider’s request to modify their FTE and to 24 determine the date that the modification will go into effect. In the case of 25 multiple requests to change FTE status which, in the determination of the 26 Clinic cannot all be approved, the most senior provider’s request to 27 modify their FTE will be granted, provided that, in the opinion of the Clinic, 28 operational and patient care needs can be met.

  • Completion of Probationary Period An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for cause. An employee who has completed the probationary period and is suspended without pay or discharged shall have access to the grievance procedure.
