Common use of Voluntary Programs Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Programs. Employees will not be required to participate in voluntary programs such as the Combined Federal Campaign, savings bonds, and employee association activities. Oral presentation of such program will not state or imply that such participation is expected or mandatory. The Union will be given the opportunity to be present at oral presentations.
