Voluntary Reassignments. Should management desire to change an operator from a scheduled run to another run for the convenience of management, the Division Manager and the Union Division Officer or their designees shall jointly approach the operator and ask the operator if he or she would voluntarily make the change. The operator is free to refuse to make the change subject to Section 14.4. If the operator consents to the change.
