Common use of Voluntary Redistribution Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Redistribution. A Settling State may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its State Fund to its Remediation Accounts Fund. A Participating Subdivision included on Exhibit G may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its allocation from the Subdivision Fund to the State’s Remediation Accounts Fund or to another Participating Subdivision.
