Common use of Voluntary Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignation by Employee. Employee may voluntarily terminate his employment with PRIMA upon notice. Upon the effective date of the resignation, PRIMA’s obligations to make payments under this Agreement shall cease, except PRIMA shall pay Employee any salary earned but unpaid, any benefits accrued, and any business expenses properly incurred but not yet reimbursed as of the effective date of resignation.
