Common use of Voluntary Resignations Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Resignations. Kalitta hereby irrevocably and voluntarily resigns on the date hereof from his position as Vice Chairman of the Company and from all officer and employee positions of the Company, including, without limitation, Kalitta's position of Chief Executive Officer and President of AIA. From and after the date hereof, Kalitta shall no longer be entitled to the rights and benefits set forth in the Employment Agreement, including, without limitation, any compensation except as expressly provided in, and subject to the conditions of, Section 19 hereof.
