Voluntary Resignations. During the notice period specified in paragraph (e) above, the Employer shall consider voluntary resignations or job sharing from employees in the classifications involved. If voluntary resignations are accepted, such employees shall receive severance pay outlined in accordance with this agreement. The number of employees to be laid off shall be reduced accordingly. It is understood that job sharing does not constitute voluntary resignation.
