Voluntary Transfers/Reassignments. 2.3.1 Intent to return forms shall be sent to all bargaining unit members by March 15th each year. These forms will include a request for preferences for assignments for the following year. These preferences shall be considered when making preliminary assignments for the following school year. 2.3.2 All requests for voluntary transfers and/or reassignment shall be considered based on the following non prioritized criteria:
