Voluntary Transfers. A. Application in response to a specific vacancy, as posted, may be submitted to Human Resources within the time limits as included in the posting. B. Employees who have submitted applications for transfer in response to a specific published vacancy will be considered along with the other applicants for any appropriate vacancy, PROVIDED the applicant's experience and qualifications meet the requirements of the position.
