Hard-to-fill positions like SLP (Speech Therapist), School Nurse, Special Education, Math, and Science may be designated as permanent after consulting with TTA. Positions that apply to this section shall be posted as set out in Sections 6.1.1, 6.1.2 simultaneously for internal and 6.3.1. d. Voluntary Transfers. a. Voluntary Transfers 9 A. Employee transfers are encouraged allowed at the end of each semester for posted positions. Exceptions 10 to allow an employee to accommodate personal and professional choice for job location and/or focusthe semester requirement may be granted upon approval by the supervisors involved. b. Requests 11 B. An employee desiring a transfer shall complete all information required on the “Request for 12 Transfer” form, sign the request, obtain the signature of his/her supervisor if possible, or 13 provide a copy to the supervisor, and submit the form to the Human Resources Department. 14 C. The Human Resources Department will forward all transfer requests to supervisors for 15 posted positions at their work sites.
