Common use of Volunteer Coordination Clause in Contracts

Volunteer Coordination.  In accordance with the policies and procedures of the volunteer program, manage all aspects of the volunteer program:  Recruit and screen new volunteers.  Train volunteers and build effective teams to achieve the program goals.  Develop and implement strategies to maintain volunteer complement.  In collaboration with the staff team, maintain and update the policies and procedures of the program.  Supervise and evaluate volunteer performance on a regular basis.  Regularly evaluate and report on the program to staff and board.
