Common use of Voting Time Leave Clause in Contracts

Voting Time Leave. Reasonable leave shall be granted for the purpose of voting, to all employees, at any state-wide general election, or at any election to fill a vacancy in the office of Representative in Congress during the forenoon of such election day. The employee must notify his/her supervisor before time off is taken to vote.
