Voting Time Leave. Employees may be granted leave for the purpose of voting in federal, state or municipal general or special elections if such leave is required by state statute or municipal ordinance. The MOA shall allow two (2) hours of time off without pay for employees to vote in a federal, state or municipal election if the employee's scheduled work time does not allow an aggregate time of at least two (2) hours within which to vote and verification of voting may be required. Proof of voting may be required.
