WAGE RULES. 26.01 The Company shall pay the scale of wages included in "Appendix A" made a part hereof. 26.02 For the purpose of this Agreement, an employee's straight time hourly rate is defined as the employee's base rate as listed in Appendix A and any other such premiums agreed to as part of this Agreement.

An employee’s “effective rate” is the rate listed in Appendix A and “A”, plus crew leader differential, and/or shift premium, or any other such premiums agreed to as a part of this Agreement.
