WAGES STRUCTURE a) SCOPED and CASUAL WORKFORCE - Employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid in accordance with the following: (i) Each employee shall fall into one (1) of three (3) categories as defined by their qualifications. These are: (a) Non Trade (NT) (b) Qualified (Q) (c) Mechanical Trade (MT) As defined below: NT - Non-Trades - An employee with no formal qualifications, and who has completed the Site Safety Induction procedure.
