Wait Time. When employees are required to wait because of temporary breakdown or shortage of materials, temporary weather conditions, or for any other cause beyond their control, no time shall be deducted from this period. Wait time shall include any time that is thirty (30) minutes or less between required work assignments, overtime, meeting and/or trainings. Employees in wait time status shall be compensated at their applicable factored rate of pay.
