WAIVER, INTEGRATION, ALTERATION. 14.1 The waiver of a breach requires a writing signed by the waiving Party and is not a waiver of any other breach. 14.2 This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Parties, and supersedes all other agreements, express or implied, between the Parties concerning the LICENSED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY and LICENSED MATERIALS. 14.3 This Agreement may be altered only by a written change signed by both Parties, except as provided in Article 12 or Article 14.1, above.
