Common use of WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANCHOR Clause in Contracts

WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANCHOR. Anchor warrants, as of the date of this Agreement, that the terms of this Agreement are not inconsistent with Anchor's other contractual arrangements relating to any and all Anchor business activities. The Board of Directors of Anchor has taken all actions required to be taken by law, its Articles of Incorporation, its By- Laws or other organizational documents to authorize the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
