Warranty Exceptions. PTT shall have no warranty obligations hereunder with respect to (i) New Releases, (ii) computer software provided to Customer in the course of PTT’s delivery of Training Services; (iii) any Error attributable to the use of the Licensed Product in an application or environment for which it was not designed or contemplated, (iv) any Error attributable to modifications of the Licensed Product by anyone other than PTT or its employees or agents; and/or (v) Bundled Third Party Products.
