Warranty Scope. Avaya warrants to Customer that during the applicable warranty period that Products will conform to and operate in accordance with the applicable Documentation in all material respects.

Warranty Scope. The technical warranty covers the supply, repair and installation, by the Supplier, at MBBras’ premises, of the Guaranteed Item during the warranty period indicated in the Contract(s). If the Guaranteed Item shows defects during the warranty period and they persist after the expiry of the warranty period, at the discretion of MBBras, the Supplier shall be obliged to remedy them within the period mentioned in the item below, without any burden on MBBras.
