Common use of Warranty Statements Clause in Contracts

Warranty Statements. Schedule 3.19.1 delivered hereunder sets forth true, correct and complete copies of the current standard forms and statements of product warranties and guaranties adopted by the Company with respect to any product or service provided by the Division and/or the CRILAR JV prior to Closing. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.19.1, there have not been any material deviations from such warranties and guaranties during such period, and salesmen, employees and agents of the Division and/or the CRILAR JV are not authorized to undertake obligations to any customer or other third parties in excess of such written warranties or guaranties.
