Wastewater Collection System. Operator shall operate, maintain and repair Municipality’s wastewater collection system, in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, environmental regulations, and Operator’s standards and practices for its own retail customers. The scope of services provided for in this Agreement do not include treating wastewater to applicable standards under Applicable Laws or Environmental Permits.
