Common use of Watershed Operations Clause in Contracts

Watershed Operations. All employees who work on New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, British Columbia Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day will be paid at rate and one-half for all hours so worked except as provided for in Article VI - Hours of Work, Section 1(b) or Section 2(b)(ii).
