Web Design Sample Clauses
The Web Design clause outlines the responsibilities and expectations related to the creation, development, and delivery of a website or web-based project. It typically specifies the scope of work, including design elements, functionality, timelines, and any required deliverables, such as mockups or prototypes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what the web design process will entail, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes over the final product.
