Common use of Web Site Content Clause in Contracts

Web Site Content. If applicable, SKYFREQUENCY will host Customer’s web site in a data center in accordance with SKYFREQUENCY’s then-current published specifications, including, without limitation, storage levels (“Customer Web Site”). Ownership of all graphics, text, or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by Customer for incorporation into or delivery through a Customer Web Site shall remain with Customer (or the party that supplied such materials to Customer). Ownership of any software developed or modified by SKYFREQUENCY and all graphics, text, or other information or content materials supplied or furnished by SKYFREQUENCY for incorporation into a Customer Web Site shall remain with SKYFREQUENCY (or the party that supplied such materials to SKYFREQUENCY). Customer agrees that SKYFREQUENCY has no proprietary, financial, or other interest in Customer's goods or services that may be described in or offered through a Customer Web Site, and that Customer is solely responsible for content quality, performance, and all other aspects of its goods or services and the information or other content contained in or provided through a Customer Web Site. Customer assumes all responsibility for use by others of the Customer Web Site (including commercial transactions, whether completed or not).
