Common use of Weigh Scale Clause in Contracts

Weigh Scale. For each delivery, The Generator’s vehicles shall report to the weigh scale upon arrival at Facility. In the event of a weigh scale failure, or for any reason, the Authority reserves the right to measure the quantity of Pyritic Slate by volumetric truckload capacity. The acceptable volumetric truckload capacity for each truck will be established by the Authority prior to trucks commencing dumping.
