Common use of Welder Clause in Contracts

Welder. An employee who is a journeyman and is engaged in performing all types of welding, fabrication, and the operation of metal shop tools. The employee shall be required to perform tool maintenance and repair work. The employee’s background of apprenticeship and experience shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform these duties with skill and efficiency. The employee shall be capable of performing the duties safely.
