Welfare Benefit Coverage. Executive (and, if applicable, Executive's eligible dependents) may elect to continue coverage under the Company's group medical/dental plan at Executive's own expense in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended ("COBRA") and, for purposes of determining the maximum period of COBRA coverage, such maximum period will begin immediately upon Executive's Involuntary Termination.
