Common use of What We Must Do Clause in Contracts

What We Must Do. We will insure the Property including the effect on the Property should the Licenses be lost (except for any fixed glass) at competitive rates taking into account the policy terms for the full reinstatement value (in our reasonable opinion), against the Insured Risks, to the extent that this insurance is usually available for properties such as the Property, subject to any exclusions and limitations which are usual in the UK insurance market. We will not be obliged to maintain insurance if the policy becomes ineffective due to a breach of your obligations.
