WHAT WE WILL DO. 3.1 We will provide the Service(s) to you with all reasonable skill care and diligence. 3.2 Our promises are clearly set out in this Agreement and with the exception of these, we make no, and hereby disclaim, any and all other express and/or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and title, information contained in catalogues, brochures, leaflets or correspondence, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.
