Common use of When a Non-AT&T Tandem Provider Clause in Contracts

When a Non-AT&T Tandem Provider. sends Traffic originated by the End Users of WSP to (i) AT&T- 22STATE’s End User; or (ii) to an End User of a Third Party Terminating Carrier that utilizes local switching from AT&T-22STATE, purchased on a wholesale basis, to provide service to its End Users; or (iii) a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s End User, WSP is responsible for all Conversation MOU’s billed by AT&T- 22STATE for such traffic.
