When Earned. Such commission shall be earned upon the occurrence of any of the following: 127 7.2.1. Any Lease of the Premises within the Listing Period by Landlord, by Broker or by any other person; 128 7.2.2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ finding a tenant who is ready, willing and able to complete the lease or sale as specified in this Landlord 129 Listing Contract; or 130 7.2.3.
