When Will Your Policy End. Your policy will end when one of these events happens first: i. death of the Life insured ii. full surrender of the policy iii. we paid out 100% of the benefit amount for the covered events

When Will Your Policy End. The policy and all optional riders attached will automatically terminate when one of these events happens first: a) if the policy is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy; b) We paid out 100% of the Death Benefit of this policy as a result of death or terminal illness; c) full surrender of the policy and We paid out 100% of the surrender value; d) on the Maturity date and We paid out 100% of the Maturity Benefit; e) the required Premium(s) or Top-up(s) is not paid by the expiry date of the grace period as a result the policy lapse; f) Your written request and Our acceptance of the application to terminate the policy; g) any other cause of termination as permitted under or any change of laws or regulatory requirements, including court orders.
When Will Your Policy End. The Policy and all optional riders attached will automatically terminate when one of these events happens first: a) if the Policy is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Policy; b) We paid out 100% of the Death Benefit of this Policy as a result of death or TI; c) full surrender of the Policy and We paid out 100% of the surrender value; d) on the Maturity date and We paid out 100% of the Maturity Benefit; e) the required outstanding regular Premium amounts are not paid by the end of the grace period as a result the Policy lapse; f) if the balance in the Regular Premium Account is insufficient to cover the applicable fees and charges due; g) Your written request and Our acceptance of the application to terminate the Policy; or h) any other cause of termination as permitted under or any change of laws or regulatory requirements, including court orders.
When Will Your Policy End. This policy will end when any of the following events happens first: a) Death of the Life insured or We paid out the death Benefit; b) Premium is not paid on time; c) After We give You notice that the policy cannot be renewed; d) We paid out 100% of the critical illness Benefit for the covered events; e) Upon expiry of this policy; or f) Your written request and Our acceptance of the application to terminate the policy. If You write to Us to terminate Your policy, there will not be any prorated refund of Premium and Your policy will terminate from the Premium due date immediately following the date We accept Your written request for termination.
When Will Your Policy End. Your policy will be terminated when one of these events happens first: (a) We paid out 100% of the Death Benefit; (b) Life Insured is deceased; (c) We paid out 100% of the Maturity Benefit on the maturity date; (d) Your Account value is less than S$1; (e) 90 days after We give You notice that the policy cannot be renewed; (f) We receive Your written request and accept Your request to terminate the policy; or (g) Any other cause of termination as permitted under or any change of laws or regulatory requirements, including court orders.

  • When Your Coverage Begins Your coverage will begin on the first day of the month following your eligibility date as long as we receive required enrollment information within the first thirty (30) days following your eligibility date and the premium is paid. If you or your dependents fail to enroll at this time, you cannot enroll in the plan unless you do so through an Open Enrollment Period or a Special Enrollment Period.

  • Insurance Policy Endorsements Each insurance policy shall include the following conditions by endorsement to the policy: 25.9.1 County shall be notified thirty (30) days prior to the expiration, cancellation, nonrenewal or any material change in coverage, and such notice thereof shall be given to County by certified mail to: 25.10.1 The policy clause “Other Insurance” shall not apply to any insurance coverage currently held by County, to any such future coverage, or to County’s Self-Insured Retentions of whatever nature.

  • When Your Coverage Ends Coverage under this plan is guaranteed renewable. It can only be canceled by us for the following reasons: • if you leave your place of employment; • if you decide to discontinue coverage. Inform your employer prior to the requested date of cancellation and your employer will notify us. If we do not receive your notice prior to the requested date of cancellation, you or your employer may be responsible for paying another month’s premium; • if the required premium is not paid within one month of the due date. We will mail you a notice of discontinuance along with information about enrolling in an individual healthcare plan; • if you or a covered dependent no longer qualifies as an eligible person; • if we no longer offer this type of coverage; • if your employer contracts with another insurer or entity to provide or administer benefits for the covered healthcare services provided by this agreement; • if fraud is determined by us. See Rescission of Coverage section below for additional details; If your healthcare coverage is terminated for one of the reasons listed above, we will send you a termination notice thirty (30) days before the termination date. The notice will indicate the reason why your healthcare coverage has ended. When your coverage ends, you may apply for individual healthcare coverage directly from BCBSRI or through HSRI. You must meet the eligibility requirements and we must receive required enrollment information within sixty (60) days from the date your group coverage ended along with required premium. If you do not reside in Rhode Island, you are not eligible to enroll in an individual plan from BCBSRI or HSRI. You may be able to obtain coverage through an insurance company in the state in which you reside. Rescission is a cancellation or discontinuance of coverage that has a retroactive effect. A cancellation is not a rescission if it: • only has a prospective effect (as described above); or • is due to non-payment of premiums, which can have a retroactive cancellation effect. We may rescind your coverage if you or your dependents commit fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, intentional misuse of your identification card (ID card) or intentional misrepresentation of a material fact. Any benefit paid in the past will be voided. You will be responsible to reimburse us for all costs and claims paid by us. We must provide you a written notice of a rescission at least thirty (30) days in advance. Except for non-payment, we will not contest this policy after it has been in force for a period of two (2) years from the later of the effective date of this agreement or the latest reinstatement date.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.
