Where a Service Clause Samples

The 'Where a Service' clause defines the specific circumstances or conditions under which a particular service is to be provided or becomes applicable within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the triggers or prerequisites for the service, such as a request from the client, the occurrence of a certain event, or fulfillment of certain criteria.
