Where an Occasional Sample Clauses

The 'Where an Occasional' clause typically defines the circumstances under which an event or action that occurs infrequently or on a non-regular basis is addressed within a contract. This clause may specify the rights, obligations, or procedures that apply when such occasional events arise, such as ad hoc services, sporadic deliveries, or one-off payments. Its core function is to ensure that both parties understand how to handle situations that fall outside the regular or anticipated course of dealings, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding infrequent occurrences.
