Where Saturday Clause Samples

The "Where Saturday" clause defines how contractual obligations or deadlines are affected when they fall on a Saturday. Typically, this clause specifies whether such deadlines are moved to the preceding Friday or the following Monday, depending on the agreement's terms. By clarifying the treatment of deadlines that coincide with Saturdays, the clause ensures that parties are not disadvantaged by non-business days and helps prevent confusion or disputes regarding due dates.
