Windshield Wipers. The Trolley shall be equipped with electric, variable speed windshield wipers for each half of the windshield, with a single control for both sides. A variable intermittent feature shall be provided to allow adjustment of wiper speeds between approximately 5 to 25 cycles per minute. At 60 mph, no more than 10% of the wiped area shall be lost due to windshield wiper lift. Wipers shall park in a symmetrical pattern. Windshield wiper motors and mechanisms shall be easily accessible for repairs or service from outside the vehicle and shall be removable as complete units. The fastener that secures the wiper arm to the drive mechanism shall be corrosion resistant.

Contracting Officer shall provide a copy of Forms AD-1047 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions and AD-1048 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – Lower Tier Covered Transactions to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.
