Winter Service WSDOs (WSDOs). The Winter Service Manager will be supported by seven WSDOs working on a rotational basis. These posts are are an integral part of the service as they provide immediate support and guidance to the Winter Control Room staff, allowing them to process the information being received whilst the WSDOs interpret the forecast, make decisions on treatment and prepare the Daily Action Plan. WSDOs are:  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx undertook the role of Duty Manager in the South East Unit from October 2009 to May 2014. He then carried out the WSDO role in the North West Unit from October 2014 to May 2019. During his five winter seasons in the North West Unit he has mentored less experienced members of staff. xxxxxx is a Journey Time Liaison Officer with our Network Department. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has completed four full winter seasons as WSDO in the North West Unit. xxxxxx is an Engineer in the Roads Design Team. He worked as a WSDO in the South East Trunk Road Unit and has completed four winter seasons in the North West. xxxxxx is an Engineer in our Roads Design Team. This is xxxxxx’s fifth winter season. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ attended the IHE Winter Service Training for Decision Makers and Managers course, and this along with his previous experience has seen him being formally approved as a WSDO. xxxxxx undertook the role as WSDC on the North East Unit from 2013 to 2016 following which he gained promotion to Network Officer. During his time as WSDC whilst predominately working on the North East Unit xxxxxx also gained experience of winter service on the North West Unit. As part of his continual development xxxxxx has completed an HNC in civil engineering. This is xxxxxx’s third winter season and has been formally approved as a WSDO. xxxxxx has three seasons previous experience as a Winter Duty Manager with Bear Scotland on the North East Unit between 2011 – 2015 and two seasons mentorship on the South West Unit with Scotland Transerv under an experienced Winter Duty Manager 2015 – 2018. As a winter duty officer, he has been actively involved in winter maintenance. His duties have included observing weather forecasts and graphs on a daily basis, drafting daily winter action plans, monitoring live feedback information from site-based weather stations, liaising with our Control Room and the weather service provider on a 24-hour basis, instructing operatives with regards to winter action and then monitoring that action for any problems. This is xxxxxx’s second winter season on the North West Unit.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Contract.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • COVID-19 Employees of Contractor and/or persons working on its behalf, including, but not limited to, subcontractors (collectively, “Contractor Personnel”), while performing services under this Agreement and prior to interacting in person with City employees, contractors, volunteers, or members of the public (collectively, “In-Person Services”) must be fully vaccinated against the novel coronavirus 2019 (“COVID-19”). “Fully vaccinated” means that 14 or more days have passed since Contractor Personnel have received the final dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series (Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech) or a single dose of a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) and all booster doses recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to assigning Contractor Personnel to perform In-Person Services, Contractor shall obtain proof that such Contractor Personnel have been fully vaccinated. Contractor shall retain such proof for the document retention period set forth in this Agreement. Contractor shall grant medical or religious exemptions (“Exemptions”) to Contractor Personnel as required by law. If Contractor wishes to assign Contractor Personnel with Exemptions to perform In- Person Services, Contractor shall require such Contractor Personnel to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, with the full cost of testing to be borne by Contractor. If Contractor Personnel test positive, they shall not be assigned to perform In-Person Services or, to the extent they have already been performing In-Person Services, shall be immediately removed from those assignments. Furthermore, Contractor shall immediately notify City if Contractor Personnel performing In-Person Services (1) have tested positive for or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, (2) have been informed by a medical professional that they are likely to have COVID-19, or (3) meet the criteria for isolation under applicable government orders.
