Wireless Carriers. Mobile devices used in connection with the Services may not be modified contrary to the manufacturer’s software or hardware guidelines, including but not limited to disabling hardware or software controls. You acknowledge that the use of a modified device to use the Services is expressly prohibited. PS does not warrant that the Services will be compatible with your mobile device or third party carrier. Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms of your agreements with your mobile device manufacturer and your carrier.
Wireless Carriers. Antenna attachments which render space on adjacent poles no longer useable or the creation of any additional guying/anchoring will be billed to the attaching party. This payment does not provide access on these adjacent piles to the attaching party or permit them to make further attachments without prior written approval from SBC-California.
Wireless Carriers. To the extent you access the Mobile Services through a mobile device, your wireless carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain Mobile Services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices.
Wireless Carriers. All Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement. Additionally, You understand that the Goods may utilize wireless networks, purchased from one or more third-party providers (the “Underlying Wireless Carrier”) such as, but not limited to, 4G LTE, CDMA, GSM (“Wireless Networks”) and that actual signal availability may depend on a combination of the Goods, Underlying Wireless Carriers and availability of and actions of roaming partners, and that factors outside of Our control, such as weather, buildings, topography, usage, or maintenance activities of Wireless Network Providers may limit or interrupt the Services. NOT ALL SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE or IN EVERY COUNTRY, PARTICULARLY IN REMOTE OR ENCLOSED AREAS, OR ON ALL VEHICLES AND VESSELS, AT ALL TIMES.

IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE THAT THE WIRELESS CARRIER HAS NO LEGAL, EQUITABLE, OR OTHER LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU.

Wireless Carriers. ADI and its affiliates has contracted with, and will contract from time to time with, one or more wireless carriers (individually and collectively, “Wireless Carrier”) to provide wireless data transmission service (“Wireless Service”) for the Product over a cellular telephone network. You acknowledge and agree that You have no contractual relationship with the Wireless Carrier, and You are not a third party beneficiary of any agreement between ADI and the Wireless Carrier. You understand and agree that the Wireless Carrier shall have no legal, equitable or other liability of any kind to You, and You hereby waive any and all such claims or demands. You acknowledge and agree that Your Service may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated upon little or no notice in the event that ADI’s agreement with the Wireless Carrier is terminated. You waive any and all claims against the Wireless Carrier for such suspension or termination. You understand that the Wireless Carrier cannot guarantee the security of wireless transmissions and will not be liable for any lack of security relating to the use of the Wireless Service. Subject to FCC number portability rules, You have no property right in any telephone number assigned to You or the Product (“Number”), and You understand and agree that any such Number can be changed from time to time.

  • Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle. 10.2 Any Third Party Content we make accessible is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for, and have no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. We disclaim all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. 10.3 You acknowledge that: (i) the nature, type, quality and availability of Third Party Content may change at any time during the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with Third Party Services such as Facebook™, YouTube™ and Twitter™, etc., depend on the continuing availability of such third parties’ respective application programming interfaces (APIs). We may need to update, change or modify the Services under this Agreement as a result of a change in, or unavailability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs. If any third party ceases to make its Third Party Content or APIs available on reasonable terms for the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may cease providing access to the affected Third Party Content or Third Party Services without any liability to You. Any changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, including their unavailability, during the Services Period does not affect Your obligations under this Agreement or the applicable order, and You will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.

  • Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. By using the Zelle® Payment Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to us or our Service Providers solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle® with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship.
