Witness Lists. At least 15 calendar days prior to the arbitration hearing, the Parties will exchange their witness lists and inform the other party as to whom their representative will be. These lists will ordinarily not be amended except in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden unavailability of a witness or the identification of other witnesses found to have additional vital information. The Local will be provided 48 hours advance notice, in writing, prior to meeting with the witness.
