Witness Statements. At least two (2) days before an appeal hearing the signed statements of all persons on whose information the charges are based, and any additional information related to the alleged misconduct, shall be available for review in the principal’s office. These statements may be examined and copied by the student, parents or any representative, at the student’s expense. If the principal receives additional material that will be used at the hearing, he must promptly notify the parent or the student if 18 years old or older and make the material available for review. The student shall file with the principal, at least two (2) days prior to the hearing, signed statements of any persons who have defensive information that he wishes to have considered at the hearing, including his own statement if he wishes to make one. All statements must set out, with some particularity, the information known to the persons making them. For example, if a student is charged with consistently failing to follow a teacher’s directions, the consistent nature of the failures must be specifically described.

Witness Statements. Further to 9.2 above, where any person serving with the Constabulary is a witness to the matter being investigated, the PIRC may request the witness to produce information in the form of a witness statement or have the information produced in the form of a witness statement taken from them by PIRC investigators.

Witness Statements. (a) Each party shall serve on every other party any witness statement of the oral evidence and/or evidence upon commission which the party intends to rely in relation to be exchanged by 28th June 2022.

Therefore, the quality of personal data must be verified before it is transmitted or made available and in all transmissions of personal data, the necessary information enabling the recipient to assess the degree of accuracy, completeness and reliability of the data and the extent to which it is up to date must be included. If, following the data being transmitted it emerges that the data was incorrect or that the transmission was unlawful, the recipient must be notified without delay.

Witness Statements. In addition to the above, the Customer agrees to furnish all further assistance reasonably required by the Company and to respond to any request for details, information or documents as soon as reasonably possible after the request, but in any event not later than three Business Days after the request by the Company;

Witness Statements. The BTP agree that a relevant person will, where requested to do so, produce, in a form acceptable to the Commissioner, any document, record or other information the Commissioner may require.
