Wmata Coordination. The Developer will coordinate with WMATA to minimize impacts on WMATA’s operations and facilities. Contractors working on WMATA- impacted facilities must be prequalified and licensed as required by WMATA. The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, will obtain all permits, approvals and agreements with WMATA required to fulfill the Developer’s obligations under this Agreement.
