WORK AFFECTED. 2.1 The persons, firms, associations, corporations, joint ventures, or other business entities party to or bound by the terms of this Agreement as "Employer" or "Employers." 2.2 This Agreement applies to and covers all TEAMSTERS work to be done at the site of the construction on all building and heavy-highway projects as defined in Article 5, or other work interpreted and applied in accordance with the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 2.3 The term "Teamsters' work" refers to persons performing certain job functions.
