Work Breakdown Structure. The Alliance will utilize a work breakdown structure that allows it to effectively management and control the work activities. The detail level and type of work breakdown structure for each Phase shall be determined based on the type of work being performed [i.e., Task and/or systems]. The work breakdown structure will be consistent in the Project estimate, Project cost tracking, and Project scheduling system. Cost and schedule performance will be tracked at different levels of the work breakdown structure but will roll-up to the appropriate level for performance reporting.
