Common use of Work by Others Clause in Contracts

Work by Others. In the event there is a need for architectural, engineering and construction related, services, the Commissioner reserves the right not to utilize this requirements contract and to proceed with a new solicitation for the required services or to utilize other existing contracts, or to have the services performed by City employees, if the Commissioner, in their sole opinion, determines that it would be in the best interest of the City to do so.
