Common use of Work Continuation and Payment Clause in Contracts

Work Continuation and Payment. Unless the parties mutually agree otherwise, Contractor shall carry on Contractor’s Work pending any action arising out of or related to this Master Agreement or any Contract between the parties. If Contractor carries on Contractor’s Work and otherwise complies with the Contract, Owner shall continue to make progress payments in accordance with the Contract. This provision in no way limits Owner’s right to terminate a Contract pursuant to the terms of this Master Agreement.
