FIELD LABOR. A. Field labor shall be subject to a trip charge during a maintenance or repair job. A trip charge shall not be invoiced for a field repair diagnosis. The trip charge shall cover all travel mileage and travel labor time and no additional charges for travel mileage or travel labor shall be paid. The trip charge shall be a single charge for travel to and from the maintenance or repair site and one trip charge is permitted per vendor vehicle per day.
FIELD LABOR. For the purpose of adjustment, the proportion of the price represent- ing labor is accepted as percent thereof.
FIELD LABOR. According to project payroll records Craftsmen will be paid in accordance with the union contracts that are applicable at the time the work is performed or special rates that are paid to certain employees due to their experience and special qualifications. Supervision Labor: According to project payroll records Management, Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Engineer and Project Clerks/Engineer Intern rates will be according to our established rates in effect at the time the work is performed.   • Child Labor The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiary or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in any practice inconsistent with the rights set forth in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, including Article 32 thereof, which, inter alia, requires that a child shall be protected from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child’s education, or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral, or social development.

  • Sweatshop Labor If this Agreement provides for the laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or for furnishing equipment, materials, or supplies other than for public works, this section is applicable. Contractor certifies that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the JBE under this Agreement have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. Contractor adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇, and PCC 6108. Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.
